UPDATE: Transfers from Bright Futures (as of 8/25/22)

As many of you know, Bright Futures pediatrics closed in July 2022. Many families are transferring care of their little ones to Trestlewood Pediatrics. If you are considering a transfer, we are here to help.

Families that need to transfer records will need to contact Ascension Borgess Family Practice (contact information below) to process records release requests starting 8/1/2022.
